What is DASK?
Earthquake is a risk that affects everyone’s life and is an unavoidable reality of our country. Although it is not possible to completely eliminate this risk, there is an effective measure that can be taken against it: Compulsory Earthquake Insurance (DASK).
Known as DASK, the Compulsory Earthquake Insurance provides coverage, within the limits determined by the government, for material damages to your home or workplace caused by earthquakes and related disasters such as fire, explosion, tsunami or landslide resulting from the earthquake. In this way, a significant portion of your financial losses that may occur after an earthquake will be compensated by your insurance. Compulsory Earthquake Insurance, provided by the Natural Disaster Insurance Institution (DASK), is not only a legal obligation but also an important step to prevent major financial losses that may arise in the event of a disaster.
