Services and Advantages Offered by Lokman Hekim Emergency Health Insurance

Death Cover
In case of death immediately as a result of the accident or within one year from the date of the accident, we provide indemnity payment to your legal successors.
Permanent Disability Cover
We pay you indemnity as a result of the accident or if it causes permanent disability within two years from the date of the accident.
Hospital Daily Indemnity
During your policy period, we provide daily indemnity for each 24 hours spent in a hospital for surgical intervention due to bodily injury or medical illness resulting from an accident. It is limited to a maximum of 5 days.
Emergency Medical Hospital Expenses Cover
After you have suffered accidental injury, if you stay in the hospital for at least one night due to your emergency medical, surgical and hospital treatment within 12 hours or because of illness that occurred 12 hours or less before you go to the hospital, where emergency medical, surgical and hospital treatment is provided, the emergency medical, surgical or hospital treatment costs are covered.
Medical Consultancy
We also ensure that the assistance company physicians convey information about the matters submitted over phone by you and the clarifying and guiding information without any physical examination.
Emergency Medical Care
We also offer medical devices and equipment support service by emergency medical teams in the early period following the occurrence of sudden illness, accident, injury and similar situations.
Emergency Physician Service
When you experience any health problems in places where there is no ground ambulance and that will require a long time to reach, it is our service where we will send you a physician at the first stage and/or we will take you to the closest full-fledged health center for intervention, if deemed necessary.
