Management Structure

Born in 1974, Firuzan İşcan graduated from Galatasaray High School, Galatasaray University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1997 and completed her master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Galatasaray University in 1999. Mr İşcan started his insurance career at Allianz Sigorta in 2001 and worked as Regional Manager, Sales Group Manager, Head of Marketing, Head of Customer Relations respectively. After serving as the Head of International Customer and Distribution Channels Experience at Allianz Germany for nearly two years, he was appointed as the General Manager of Allianz Partners Turkey. After serving as the Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Axa Sigorta between May 2018 and August 2023, İşcan was appointed as the General Manager of HDI Sigorta on 16 August 2023. In addition to his duties as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of HDI Sigorta, İşcan is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HDI Fibaemeklilik and Fibasigorta as of March 2025.

Born in 1980, Halil Bay graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering in 2004 and completed his master's degree in Actuarial Department at Bahçeşehir University. He started his insurance career as a sales representative at Aksigorta in 2004 and took part in the establishment of the auto dealer sales channel at Allianz Insurance in 2009. Afterwards, he worked as Assistant Regional Manager, Regional Manager and Assistant General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing at Liberty Sigorta for the last five years. He actively participated in the sale process of Liberty Sigorta to HDI Sigorta, and then worked as Istanbul Europe Senior Regional Manager at Ray Sigorta between 2019 and 2022. Most recently, he managed all sales, technical and collection functions of the region as Kadıköy Regional Coordinator at Axa Sigorta, and was appointed as Assistant General Manager Responsible for Sales at HDI Sigorta as of September 2023.

Born in 1980 in Istanbul, F. Burcu Çakıcı graduated from Marmara University, Actuarial Department in 2003. After starting her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003 and working as the manager of Accounting, Collection, Fund Management, Budget and Financial Reporting and Subrogation departments in our company since 2010, she was appointed as Assistant General Manager in charge of Financial Affairs in January 2014.

Born in 1977, Hakan Şatır graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Computer Engineering and completed his MBA at Maltepe University and Sales and Marketing Master Programme at Okan University. He started his corporate career as a Systems Engineer at Egebank in 1998 and then assumed various responsibilities in the field of Information Technologies at Axa Sigorta for 21 years. He served as IT Solution Architect, E-Commerce and Business Intelligence Manager, Digital Solutions Director and finally as Digital Solution Development CDO and Member of the Extended Executive Board. Since 2022, he has been appointed as Assistant General Manager of Information Technologies at HDI Sigorta.

Born in 1982, Ayşe Can Okyay graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mathematical Engineering and completed her Master's degree in Actuarial Science at Bahçeşehir University. She started her corporate career as Motor Product and Pricing Manager at Allianz Sigorta in 2006, and then continued her career as Division Director of Motor Data, High Level Analytics, Actuarial and Portfolio Management in 2018. Finally, in 2021, he joined Willis Towers Watson as P&C Sales and Practice Leader. In December 2022, he was appointed as Assistant General Manager of Auto Technical and Actuarial Pricing at HDI Sigorta.

Born in 1984, Cihan Çiçek graduated from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School, Yıldız Technical University, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in 2007 and completed his master's degree in Insurance and Risk Management at Istanbul Commerce University in 2015. He started his insurance career as Underwriting and Reinsurance Specialist at Aviva Sigorta in 2008, where he worked for 7 years before leaving as Non-Auto Technical and Reinsurance Assistant Manager. Between 2015 and 2017, Mr Çiçek served as Non-Auto Technical and Reinsurance Manager at Unico Sigorta, where he took part in various committees such as EXCO, UPP, Finance and Claims Committee. As of 2017, Mr. Çiçek started to work as Non-Auto Technical Director at ERGO Insurance and actively participated in the sale process of ERGO Insurance to HDI Insurance, and continued his duty as Non-Auto Technical and Reinsurance Group Manager at HDI Insurance. In January 2024, he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Non-Auto Technical and Reinsurance at HDI Insurance.

Born in 1979, Sinem Gürün graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mathematical Engineering in 2003 and completed her master's degree in Business Administration at Galatasaray University. She started her insurance career at Anadolu Sigorta in 2004 and has been working in various roles in bancassurance, auto and non-auto claims and supply management for 21 years. Most recently, he served as Claims Coordinator. In addition to his current responsibilities, he has carried out digitalisation strategies, designed and implemented cost optimisation projects and carried out studies to significantly increase operational efficiency. He played a critical role in implementing innovative initiatives such as digital fraud detection and artificial intelligence applications. As of February 2025, he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager Responsible for Claims at HDI Sigorta.
